7 (Easy!) All Natural Popsicles Recipes Perfect for Summer

Recipe #4: Mint Chocolate Chip

The kids and I have an ongoing battle over which mint-inspired popsicle is the best.

I love the Chocolate Mint recipe (Recipe #1) and they love this version (a more traditional mint flavored “ice cream” with chocolate chips).

I do definitely like the flavors in this one too… the bits of little chocolate throughout this one are pretty darn tasty. It’s definitely a close race in my book.

Give them both a try and let me know which of these recipes is your favorite way to use Peppermint Essential Oil in a popsicle!

3 bananas

1 1/4 cups milk

4 tbsp honey

1/3 cup chopped chocolate chips

1 drop Rocky Mountain Oils Peppermint Essential Oil

Blend all ingredients (except for the chocolate) in a Vita Mix blender. Sprinkle a small amount of the chopped chocolate chips in each popsicle mold and pour in the mixture on top. Repeat this process until the chopped chocolate is “suspended” throughout the liquid (I use a wooden skewer to stir the contents).

Freeze popsicles without sticks for one hour (meanwhile, soak your wooden sticks). After one hour, insert sticks and freeze an additional 2 hours or more. Enjoy!
